Scenic luxury ‘Blue Mountains’ 4WD ecotour....
My personal favourite day tour - we take the back tracks and avoid the tourists! This informative eco tour can be as relaxing as it is scenic but can also be based around your special interests. Perhaps you are a keen photographer or maybe you’re fascinated by our unique flora and fauna? I can offer you many and varied options and we can even make time for a serious Blue Mountains bushwalk!
Highlights of this popular luxury ecotour include my superb Range Rover, a no compromise vehicle which carries us with confidence along road or rocky trail. Good food too is a feature of this tour so we take time to enjoy an excellent hot breakfast at Wentworth Falls and of course, a wonderful three course lunch prepared by our special cook and served in the fragrant gardens (weather permitting) of her secret hideaway atop the ancient, lush volcanic soils of Mount Wilson.
My revised 2010 Blue Mountains day tour route allows more time to explore the majesty of the Mountains without compromising my ‘avoid the tourists’ philosophy! After 10 years fo running private tours, I now live in the Mountains so come with me and let me show you my ‘backyard’. I can offer you a choice of short walks to cliffside lookouts or maybe we can get down among the ferns and spectacular sandstone sculptures of this World Heritage listed region.
Options: (time & weather permitting)
a short stroll through the ‘Cathederal of Ferns’
‘lost’ lookouts of the western Blue Mountains

we ride into history with Katoomba’s famous ‘Mountain Devil’ (Scenic Railway) into the World Heritage Listed rainforests of the Jamison Valley. After an interesting walk along an instructive boardwalk, we rise from the forest on a cable car to view the splendid Three Sisters, Ruin Castle, Orphin Rock and Mount Solitary.
